How do I get this template? when i click on download template it gives me a photo... not html code.

Is it possible to customize this template? I tried to edit the HTML to change the text on the "Sweet Menu" and to change "My Sweet Blog" to read "My Cupcake Blog" and it would not allow. Any suggestions? This is such a very cute template and a few tweaks would make it perfect for me.
